Do you provide International delivery?
Sorry at this time we do not provide international delivery, but we do ship to the family Islands.
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted the same day of purchase.
What is your returns policy?
For family Islanders we will provide a size chart based on the manufacturer for you to follow, and information about the fabric and how an item runs to make sure you get your perfect fit. If we ship your item and it does not fit please contact us right away to let us know you want to return the item. Items must be shipped within 3 business days following your purchase, once the item is in good condition the way we sent it based on our standards we can offer you a store credit.
Customers in Nassau can return an item the same day for an exchange or store credit once in good condition with our standards.
How do I track my order?
You can simply whatsapp and inquire on your order during our business hours 10am-6pm. But once we ship your order we will contact you to provide you with the name of the Boat or airline and the estimated time of arrival.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery to Nassau customers will take 2-3 hours depending on other orders, location and traffic, Customer satisfaction is our mission at Phatfashions Plus school Uniforms, therefore we strive to deliver your items in a timely fashion.
Delivery options to the family Islands is based on the customers preference either mail boat or aircraft. We care about our customers so we recommend shipping through the mail boat to save you money.
